The proposed sizes correspond to your wrist size and not the diameter of the bracelet To know your exact size, you must measure your wrist in centimeters at the level of the wrist bone (the bracelet is worn like a watch, in contact with the skin). The bracelet is adjustable thanks to its adjustment ring (+1cm).
