Shipping and Delivery
What are the different delivery methods and shipping times?
Please note that the delivery time does not take into account the manufacturing time of your jewelry.
- Delivery in mainland France is provided by the Colissimo service. A reliable and fast service that will deliver your orders in 48 hours (Monday to Saturday) and in 3 working days for Corsica.
- Delivery to the European Union and other areas of the world is provided by DHL Express. Delivery will be made within 24 to 72 hours, depending on the country.
- Delivery to a Colissimo relay point in mainland France.
To receive your order as quickly as possible, we recommend that you indicate an address where you are present during the day or that you make sure that someone can receive the package for you. We will not be able to cover the loss of a package once it has been declared delivered by the carrier.
DHL: If you are not present at the time of delivery, the carrier will come again on the next working day. If the door is again closed on the second delivery, you can collect your parcel from a DHL sorting center within 15 days before it is returned to our workshop. Follow the instructions on the DHL delivery notice that you will find in your mailbox.
Shipping time
Our creations are shipped directly from our workshop in Paris. Our artisans shape and ship your 585/1000 rolled gold and sterling silver jewelry within 3 to 6 business days and your 750/1000 gold jewelry within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that some personalized jewelry requires welding by a qualified welder. Jewelry that requires welding, such as rings, can be shipped within 5 to 10 business days regardless of the material.
What are the shipping costs for your order?
We deliver worldwide except to Russia and areas declared at risk.
Delivery costs are free from 175€ of purchase in France. For other countries of the European Union, delivery is free from 250€ of purchase.

Are customs fees and taxes applied to your order?
Customs and taxes
European Union : Customs duties are included. Taxes are applied in your cart based on the state/province of the shipping address.
Other countries worldwide : Customs fees and taxes may be applied to your shipment. Please note that we have no control over these fees and cannot give you the amount of these fees in advance, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Please note that any fees applied will not be refunded.
Packaging
Each piece of jewelry is delivered in its Atelier Paulin packaging with its warranty certificate. Gift wrapping can be requested in your shopping cart.
